Here at The Ark, we love animals! But...
only ADA certified service dogs wearing an official vest are allowed inside the building. ADA service dogs are “working animals trained to perform tasks for the benefit of individuals with physical or mental disabilities.” While churches are exempt from Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and are not required to admit any service or emotional support animal, this guideline provides a valuable service to those in need and helps create a great environment for everyone in attendance.
