Responsibilities:

• Lead/Teach an Ark Group
• Weekly preparation and communication
• Help build a community among attendees

Requirements:

• Ark Groups Leader Serving Requirements: 
• Minimum of 35 years old and an active attendee for at least 6 months
• Must assist in a class for 6 months
• Attend at least one service each week in person
• Complete the application process, by including a 3–5-minute audition video
• Must interview with an Ark Adults Associate Pastor as part of the application process
• Complete Ark Adults Orientation
• Attend the Ark Adults training which happens twice a year

Serving Shifts:

• Sunday, 1st Service
• Sunday, 2nd Service
• Tuesday, 6:00-8:00pm
• Wednesday, 6:00-7:00pm
• Wednesday Service
